The Equitium Group was founded in 2006 by former consultants of McKinsey&Company. The firm has two lines of business:  Active Ownership Investing and Management Consulting. Combining consulting and investing activities in house allows us to shift our capacity, including our world-class turnaround capabilities, to match the needs of our investors, portfolio companies, and clients.
